What to Report (Hostile Workplace)

Any abusive behavior that violates an employee's personal esteem and/or dignity in the workplace. Using position of power to engage in acts (e.g. physical violence, offensive language) that inflict physical or mental pain on another employee, creating a negative work environment

What to Report (Sexual Harassment)

·Act that causes others to feel sexual shame or disgust, resulting from the use of sexually explicit language or behavior and unwanted advances while performing work and/or by using position of power in the workplace

·Workplace disadvantage resulting from refusal of verbal and/or physical sexual advances and behaviors

* The submitted report and the identity of the individual filing the report are thoroughly protected. The documentation and evaluation of the disclosure is kept strictly closed and confidential.

The submitted complaint will be processed as quickly as possible through required steps; the reporter will be notified of the outcome of the investigation as soon as possible.

1. The Hostile Workplace/Sexual Harassment Reporting Center collects minimum personal information necessary to confirm the wrongdoing and to provide reply of outcome. Therefore, we ask for your consent to the collection and use of personal information.

2. Type of Information Collected
- Reporter, phone number, email address and password

3. Personal information is retained for 5 years from submission of the complaint by the reporter (data subject).

4. The data subject has the right to decline to consent, in which case s/he will not be able to use the reporting system.
