1. The Fair Trade Consultation Center collects minimum personal information necessary to confirm the filed application and to provide reply of outcome. Therefore, we ask for your consent to collect and use personal information.
2. Type of Information Collected
- Required: Applicant and password
- Option: Phone number and email address
3. Personal information is retained for 5 years from submission of application by applicant (data subject).
4. The data subject has the right to decline to consent, in which case s/he will not be able to use the consultation service.
